postheadericon Another DNS Provider Comes Out Against SOPA

publicly spoken out against SOPA and protect intellectual property, and it seems that other DNS providers do the same. Dyn came out strongly against the project and directly comparing to the Great Wall of China.

Are you familiar with the Great Wall of China? This is sometimes called the Golden Shield project is a Chinese government censorship and surveillance project of the Internet began in 1998 and launched in 2003. In short, allowing the government to restrict the content that their citizens can read and see through the blocking of IP addresses and DNS filtering. If they do as a site of application, the user, are not seen.

many reject what is happening in China and chalk to his communist political system. This could never happen in a free society led by speech, the rights to all of society we have in America, right?

If the law to stop online piracy (SOPA) presented this week became law, things could change for Americans negatively and therefore opposed to the project of Dyn.
Again, it is not just an "easy lay" diatribe "the crowd as usual." This is a company that actually handles a DNS and knows first hand how this law will create the functional equivalent of a lock is made in China. I'm surprised that politicians and the people of the MPAA still claim that the DNS concerns are simply not paying attention to technology experts and can not "change a little code" to fix them.
