AMD unveils game streaming platform with Radeon Sky Graphics
AMD took a little time to present at GDC Sky Radeon graphics cards, the heart of its cloud platform that OnLive streams games to PCs, smart TVs, tablets and mobile devices. According to the team, silicon architecture is based on Graphics Core, and is powered by RapidFire technology to provide a "very effective and accountable" experience. Additional details of the initiative are rare, but it seems that developers and game publishers will have cloud material before players can enjoy its benefits.
