Ouya sure you could have captured the imagination of independent game developers everywhere, but open source fans will be happy to know that attracted the interest of the team also Mozilla Firefox. According to a
OUYAForum
post by Ed Krassenstein director, Mozilla developer had sent him a note detailing the process of the browser console game popular Kickstarter funding. The team have managed to get up after a few interim fixes, but still has a long way to go - WebGL, Canvas and relevant API support still missing. The dev in question has been identified as a mobile platform engineer Chris Lord, who tweeted the picture above shows, along with the note that it is "somewhat useless" for the moment. However, they have about three months before the ships console, which could be enough for them to develop a version of foxy browser Ouya just in time for launch day.
