Samsung unveils 20-megapixel WB110 bridge camera with 26x optical zoom
often been busy blurring the lines between smartphone and camera recently, Samsung continues to produce regular shooters too. Case in point: just launch the WB110, a successor to 20 megapixel 16 megapixel model last year the same 26x optical zoom packaging. This is far from Nikon 42x superzooms as P520, but means that the Samsung model is more spacious, with a 35mm equivalent range 22.3mm to 580mm. Other highlights video 720p AVC/H.264, 3200 max ISO, Smart Auto mode to help difficult and yet the film shows a pop-up flash, and a 3-inch HVGA (480 x 360). None of these will be the world on fire, so I hope that the price will not burn your pocket once Samsung has anything to announce. No availability date either, but the rest of the story is in the PR after the break.
