ESA, NASA test interplanetary internet by remote controlling a Lego robot from the ISS, take one giant leap for bricks

(NASA and ESA) have long been working on a multi-planet Internet that can be linked spacecraft, probes and rovers, but it was brought to test the wide range of sizes smaller. Lego bricks to be exact. The International Space Station expedition lead Sunita Williams recently led a Lego Mindstorms robot in the center of Darmstadt circling overhead, which demonstrates that the future space explorers could directly drive a vehicle on a planetary surface during your stay out of danger. As in the past, the key of the last execution was interrupted dry tolerant networks (DTN) system, the focus was more reliable to get packages in the vehicle with brick pure speed. As sweet as the road test earthbound may sound familiar to use in the field of a lesser known shows that the DTN approach can work when it really counts. Just do not hold our breath for RC racing car Martians.
